While KYROS strives to provide useful and reliable information, AI-assisted research may contain errors, omissions, outdated or incomplete information, or inaccurate citations or sources. Information may also change after research has been completed. KYROS Access does not guarantee that research results are complete, error -free, or applicable to a participant's particular circumstances. Participants are responsible for independently verifying information before relying upon it or using it to make important decisions.
Legal Information & Research
When a research request involves laws, court decisions, regulations, legal procedures, court rules, or other rules, or other legal information, KYROS provides that material for research and information purposes only. Access to legal information through KYROS does not create an attorney-client relationship and should not be interpreted as legal advice, a recommendation concerning legal strategy, or a determination of what action a participant should take.
KYROS does not select legal claims or arguments for participants, determine whether to file a particular legal action, represent participants before a court or agency, or guarantee any legal result or outcome. Participants remain responsible for how they use the research provided and should consult a licensed attorney when they need legal advice or representation.
KYROS AI Remedies provides assistance with preparing written drafts related to the Federal Bureau of Prisons Administrative Remedy Process. Based on information provided by the participant, KYROS may use technology and research tools to help organize the participant's information and prepare a written draft for the participant's review.
KYROS does not file or submit an administrative remedy on behalf of an incarcerated individual. Prepared materials are provided to the incarcerated individual for review and use in completing the appropriate BOP remedy form. The incarcerated individual is responsible for reviewing the information, making all necessary corrections, signing where required, meeting applicable deadlines, and submitting the appropriate form through the required process.

KYROS Access does not make decisions on behalf of participants, and participants remain responsible for determining how they use the information, research, resources, or materials they receive.
Service Availability
KYROS Access strives to make its service available and reliable; however, uninterrupted or continuous access cannot be guaranteed. Services may occasionally be delayed, limited, or unavailable because of system maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, correctional facility restrictions, communication systems, mail delivery, internet availability, or circumstances beyond KYROS Access's control.
KYROS Access is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. When possible, KYROS will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver purchased services despite such interruptions.
Purchases and Payments
Certain KYROS Access services require payment before we provide services. A participant or a sponsoring individual may purchase a service on the participant's behalf. The purchaser or sponsoring individual must provide accurate enrollment and participant information so KYROS can identify the intended participant and provide the purchased service.
